Payment is made by cash on delivery - you pay for the order upon receipt at a Nova Poshta branch or through the application.

Orders are shipped within 1-2 days.

All orders in Ukraine are sent using the Nova Poshta service to a branch, post office, or by courier.
The cost of delivery is calculated individually according to the tariffs of the logistics service "Nova Poshta". When sending the parcel, the estimated cost is equal to the cost of the order. Delivery is paid by the buyer and is not included in the cost of the order.

We strive to ensure that every purchase brings only satisfaction. However, if you wish to exchange or return an item, you can do so within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

Exchanges and returns are possible provided that the product has not been used, its original appearance, consumer properties, seals, tags, and original packaging have been preserved.
Products that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return and will be sent back to the buyer.

Refunds will be made using the same form of payment used to place the order, within 10 business days of receiving the goods.

Exchange or return within Ukraine is carried out using the courier service "Nova Poshta". In this case, the delivery cost is paid by the buyer.

If you receive a different model, size, or color than what was ordered, we will cover all shipping costs.
